Quite interesting

   I found this design on Threadless, and I thought I'd share it with you. Not quite sure how I feel about it personally, but it is definitely something worth mentioning.




   This was designed by Radiomode, and it's called "Solitary Dream Pt2". This design is very original, at least as far as I've seen. It is a very thought provoking illustration with an almost optical-illusion quality. The viewer can interpret themselves as looking up at the sea life in the sky, or looking down at the animals swimming around where the buildings meet the water. Yet another option could be that we are looking up from street level in an underwater city.
   The way the fish all stay in full view gives the impression that they are swimming through the buildings, and that makes it even more interesting. I love the minimal colour pallet and the balance of it. It doesn't feel heavy on either side, yet both sides are very different. I've seen some works that struggle with the balance, and either come out looking almost like a mirror or feel completely offset.
   Overall, though, it's not something I see myself wearing. Nothing against the design itself, but I don't really like the placement and size of it on the shirt. It is very interesting though. Caught my attention right away. Available for $20.
