This one kinda crept up on me.

   So I've been looking around a lot lately at different types of designs, different websites, and mediums for nifty things to write about, but I keep coming back to the same old places and style. I'll branch out in due time. Whatever. They look damn good, and it's easier to go to sites which I have memorised, like Threadless.


   It's called "Parrot" by Ste7en. It's quite eye-catching, I think. One of the only designs submitted there as of late that I would actually buy. One of the only designs that I chuckled at, but could see myself in. Good job Ste-Seven-En!
   Good choice of colour. Great placement! I can't stress that enough; for some reason I find that really important tonight. The characters look realistic enough, but are still styled in such a way to keep the fun of it. The simplicity of the image is what makes the overall design work. There isn't too much detail, but enough to give you a setting. The watercolour look of it is normally not something I'm into, but it just works for this (potential) print.
   As I said in the title, this one snuck up on me. I was rating designs, looking for potential suspects, when this one came up. I literally chuckled to myself, and voted a three. I instantly regretted that choice, hit the back button, and changed that to a $5. I hope it prints! Go vote for it, since you love me so much.
